Having always been committed to the idea of ‘healthy living’ it was hardly surprising that I found myself running a whole-food restaurant for several years during the early part of my career.
Shiatsu is an ancient practice, whereas the metamorphic technique is relatively new, but both, I believe, are enjoyable to receive, effective in their unique ways and can also be explained in scientific terms.
My experience shows me time and time again how well our bodies respond to the healing power of touch and also the capacity they hold for self-healing. My commitment lies in promoting good health and personal growth and to this end I am always happy to provide further information or respond to queries.
As well as practicing from home and via house visits, I have also worked for the last ten years part-time at the Mulberry Cancer Centre, West Middlesex Hospital.
